Is Rescue breed specific? Please explain either way: No

Do you neuter all animals before leaving for forever homes where applicable? Please explain either way: Always
(*If any animals are not neutered before rehoming due to age/health etc. please provide specific details on your policies, timescales for neutering by the new home, how this is checked by the rescue etc.) Only animals we have homed without neutering have been bitches who have just finished season, in which case we neuter 8weeks later.

Do you always home check?: Always

If applicable do you always vaccinate?: Usually, unless they have already been done.

If applicable do you always worm/flea treat?: Yes (if not going to rescue)

If applicable do you microchip?: Yes (if not going to a rescue centre)

Do you provide insurance when rehoming to new owners?: No, but they have details of Petplan.

Will you always take the animal back no matter what? If not please explain under what circumstances etc: Always

Rough ‘donation’ guide per animal, please also explain what this involves: Donations are what owners can afford. As most of the animals we save, end up in rescue centres, we obviously do not get donations for these.

Can RHU staff/volunteers contact you about animals needing rescue backup that have been posted in our ‘backup needed’ section?: By all means.
